Privacy at Liberty UAV

Clear information. Respectful handling.

This policy explains what the Liberty UAV website collects, why it is used, and how to contact us with a privacy question.

Information you choose to provide

When you submit a project inquiry, Liberty UAV receives the name, email address, company, selected service, and project details you enter. This information is used to respond to your request and discuss potential or active work.

Drone Week bookings and payments

For a Drone Week booking, we collect your contact information, property address, requested media, booking month, access instructions you provide, and acceptance of the booking terms. We store those details with a payment reference to arrange and fulfill your visit and handle payment or refund questions. A paid-booking notification is emailed to Liberty UAV for scheduling.

Payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Liberty UAV does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes the payment and provides a receipt. Booking and payment records are retained for service, accounting, and legitimate business needs. Booking does not enroll you in a subscription or automatically add you to marketing emails.

First-party website analytics

The website records privacy-conscious activity such as page views, general traffic source, contact-form submissions, phone and email link clicks, quote-button clicks, case-study clicks, basic page performance, and broken links. This helps Liberty UAV understand which pages are useful and where the website needs improvement.

Raw IP addresses are not stored. A short-lived pseudonymous visitor identifier may be created to estimate weekly unique visitors, and the site owner can opt out of this measurement on their own devices.

How information is used

Information is used to answer inquiries, provide requested services, maintain website security, improve the site, and prepare private weekly performance reports for Liberty UAV. Website analytics are not sold.

Retention and service providers

Website activity records are generally retained for up to 90 days. Aggregated performance and technical records may be kept longer so trends can be compared over time. Inquiry delivery and website hosting rely on service providers that process information only as needed to provide those functions.

Your choices

You may contact Liberty UAV to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information submitted through the website, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
